Charity Partners Our
current partners are:
King's Mattress believes in giving back to the communities we
serve through our donation Gift Card program. King's Mattress
supports various organizations that are of concern to our local
community. These include among others women’s health issues,
children’s organizations and endeavors that promote creative or
artistic enrichment.
Due to the nature of our business, King's Mattress receives an
extreme number of requests for donations. The following
eligibility requirements have been created.
To be eligible for contributions, organizations must:
· Benefit the local communities serviced by King's Mattress
· Qualify for a nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue
Code.
· Demonstrate sound and responsible financial policies and
management
If your organization or program meets the eligibility
requirements, submit in writing:
· A written description including purpose, objectives, marketing
of event
· Amount of request
· Date of event
· Contact person for procurement
· Contact information, including mailing for procurement
· Proof of nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue Code
· A goal your event is trying to reach
· A written description of how King's Mattress and the Donation
Certificate will be marketed during the event, and the form of
display the Donation Certificate will receive is required.
All requests will be evaluated by the Donations Department in
our Corporate Offices. Any short-notice donations will not be
accepted. All donation requests must be made in person at King's
Mattress. All donations are made in the form of a Donation
Certificate from King's Mattress, which may be used for the
services specified on the certificate. Donation Certificates
must be presented at time of redemption and may not be redeemed
for cash or substituted items. Donation certificates must be
redeemed one year from the date of the event.
